What you’ll do

1. Cold-Calling & Consulting with small and medium sized companies in your community marketing the full line of Xerox products and services
2. Identify, research, strategize, and close business opportunities in your assigned territory
3. Build, grow and maintain positive customer connections and relationships
4. Present innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency through software application, workflow automation, document services and IT solutions
5. Prospect for new customers through a high volume of customer touchpoints to effectively grow your book of business
6. Ability to identify client needs and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the clients
7. Collaborating with public and private sectors in your local community

What you need to succeed

Must-have

1. Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma – new grads welcome!
2. Self-motivated and ambitious with an interest to directly impact small-medium sized businesses in your community
3. Passion for relationship building with strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Creative and solution-seeking with natural curiosity and passion for personal and professional growth
5. Tech-savvy: ability to understand technical products and communicate technical information
6. Office 365 - Microsoft Literacy, clearly and simply to non-technical people
7. Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations
8. Eligible to work in Canada and a valid driver's license

1. Leadership experience through community involvement, student organizations, extra curriculars, internships and/or work
