Note: You MUST speak native Portuguese or at a C1 level.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively generate new qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities.
  2. Conduct at least 100 outbound prospecting activities per day.
  3. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  4. Use consultative phone skills to prospect large organizations, communicate value, and overcome objections.
  5. Research leads on platforms like LinkedIn and maintain accurate contact info in CRMs.
  6. Document activities accurately and log relevant information in the CRM.
  7. Coordinate inside sales meetings and demos, managing and documenting next steps.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
