You will work with sales colleagues to book meetings, maintain records, and perform high-volume outreach in identified verticals to promote Adecco's products and services.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for qualifying leads and targeted prospecting through telephone and email on behalf of Adecco. This position is required to meet daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Qualifies web leads received and manages chat bot responses ensuring timely follow up.
• Performs high volume targeted prospecting activities through cold calling and e-mail within identified verticals to introduce Adecco's products and services.
• Collaborates with sales colleagues to book sales meetings and ensure follow through on all qualified leads.
• Maintains records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Two (2) years working experience in sales or staffing.
• Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

* The posted range (Base Salary) for this position is between $55,000-$70,000 per annum.
