We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will focus on outbound lead generation and appointment booking to support our Account Executives. The core objectives of the role are to identify potential business clients, initiate meaningful conversations, and qualify opportunities that will drive our growth in the telecom sector.
This role offers a base hourly wage complemented by performance-based commission and other incentives, with an opportunity to earn ranging from $18-$22 per hour or more when combining base and supplemental pay.
