The Position:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive new business leads. The ideal candidate will lead by example, demonstrate initiative, and inspire our team to achieve our company vision.
About the position:
- Generate and nurture new business leads effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
- Ongoing prospecting of new clients on a regular basis.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build professional networks.
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and new business progress.
- Act as a consultant to build collaborative relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Target large businesses as well as SMB clients and manage the comprehensive sales cycle, inclusive of initial acquisition and future growth.
- Develop a pipeline of clients to achieve and exceed targets, quarterly and annually.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to identify customer growth opportunities and initiate portfolio growth.
- Adapt sales methodologies as needed to provide tailored customer solutions and foster long-term client relationships.
- Focus on growth of the comprehensive portfolio by delivering sales excellence.

- Experience meeting quotas for new business.
