You’ll be the driving force behind early-stage client engagement, leveraging research, outreach, and rapport-building to open doors and set the stage for impactful team-building solutions. With a remote-friendly culture (preference to candidates located in Calgary, Toronto, or Vancouver)and a clear path for growth, this is a great opportunity for a driven, tech-savvy communicator looking to grow within a mission-driven company.

The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Business Development Representative and musthave Hubspot experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key contacts and departments within existing client accounts
  • Use LinkedIn, internal platforms, and outreach tools to locate decision-makers
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone (40–60+ dials/day), email, and social media
  • Qualify leads by assessing event needs, team size, budget, and buying stage
  • Schedule 10–15 qualified meetings weekly for Account Managers with thorough handoff documentation
  • Build rapport with HR professionals, executive assistants, and other stakeholders in a variety of organizations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and follow-up actions
  • Manage multi-touch outreach cadences to ensure pipeline visibility
  • Share market insights and client feedback with sales and marketing teams
  • Assist with research and proposal support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role
  • Proven success in generating pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Prior work with named account lists or Account Executive support is an asset
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and multitasking in a remote environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and CRM management skills
  • Must have experience using Hubspot
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow within a sales career path
