The Business Development Representative position is located in Vancouver and reports directly to the Business Development Leader. It is a 100% hunter sales role with un-capped commissions. Black & McDonald will provide industry leading sales training, coaching and mentorship to someone who is motivated to succeed.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling Facilities Management and HVAC maintenance agreements to new clients. As a member of the Service Sales team you will work with potential clients to evaluate their current situation and develop solutions that achieve their business objectives. Through ongoing training and development, you will use the proven Black & McDonald sales process to achieve your personal and departmental sales goals. The successful candidate would also assist the team in the development of long term client relationships. This position involves:

The expected salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000 plus commission. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
