What you’ll need to excel in this role:
- True business development acumen: Prospecting and securing high-quality Zoom meetings or phone calls for our Membership Account Manager team.
- High activity: Executing 30-50+ outbound calls daily, ensuring each interaction adds value and moves prospects closer to engagement.
- Market expansion: Engaging with prospects in underserved markets, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- Lead qualification: Effectively qualifying leads to ensure alignment with REW's mission and potential for long-term partnerships.
- Client insight: Identifying client needs and tailoring offerings to meet them, enhancing satisfaction and conversion rates.
Skills and experience:
- 1-2 years in business development or account management roles with a focus on growth.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions compellingly at a high level.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software to manage sales activities efficiently.
- Resilience and motivation to handle rejection and stay positive.
- Strategic thinking to consider long-term benefits of relationships.
- Strong networking skills to leverage and build industry relationships.
- Adaptability to new tools, strategies, or market changes.
- Willingness to collaborate with marketing, product teams, and sales colleagues.
