Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a seasoned sales professional with at least 6 months of SaaS sales experience, a competitive spirit, and a desire to grow in tech sales. The role involves identifying and engaging companies with public infrastructure solutions, conducting research, engaging decision-makers, and building strategic relationships to generate opportunities for our Account Executives. This position is based at our Toronto headquarters.

What Will You Accomplish?
  1. Strategic research: Identify and pre-qualify prospects, leveraging your SaaS industry knowledge.
  2. Cold outreach: Conduct calls and email campaigns to generate opportunities, highlighting SaaS features.
  3. Tailored pitches: Craft compelling emails and leverage collateral to attract SaaS buyers.
  4. Lead management: Respond to inbound leads, qualify, and convert them into opportunities.
  5. Reporting: Track and analyze sales activities using HubSpot CRM.
  6. Campaign development: Design and execute prospect targeting strategies.
  7. Team collaboration: Work with sales and marketing to craft effective messaging.
  8. Other duties: As assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a desire to grow in SaaS.
  • Results-driven with a competitive spirit and goal orientation.
  • At least 6 months of SaaS sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and market dynamics.
  • Research skills to analyze industry trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot), prospecting tools, and SaaS solutions.
  • Attention to detail in record-keeping.
  • Public sector/infrastructure experience is a plus.
