This hybrid role, which requires a minimum of 2 days in the office, involves cold calling, sales proposals, and maintaining client relationships. Business Development Representatives (“BDRs”) are responsible for the profitable growth of revenue through the acquisition of new business within dormant accounts and leads. This is a "teleprospecting" role targeting SMB, private, agency, and non-profit organizations across Canada with estimated spends under or above $10K. BDRs will uncover customer communication needs and overall strategy, onboard new clients with a subscription to Cision, powered by Canada Newswire, aligning with their business goals. They are expected to demonstrate leadership, act as coaches, consistently hit higher monthly targets, and maintain a minimum KPI average. This position is hybrid, allowing remote work with a minimum of 2 days in the office as required by management.
