We are hiring Business Development Representative

Candidates must be based in Toronto, Canada

Reporting to US Sales Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed KPIs in assigned territory : Number of leads generated, New customers acquired, Sales value & volume, Market Mapping, Opportunity Pipeline, Sales Activities (focus on potential / prospect customers visits), and CRM utilization.
  • Research, identify, and source new business / sales opportunities through various methods including : Industry analysis, prospecting, cold calling, emails, customer visits, social media, and attending industry events (trade shows).
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential and fit for ROHA’s products.
  • Conduct product and sales presentations, to showcase the value of ROHA’s products.
  • Follow up with leads, establish connections with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs, pain-points, and requirements.
  • Nurture leads, build pipeline, and close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date accurate records of leads, activities, and communications in ROHA’s CRM.
  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitors activities, and potential customer pain points and needs, to better tailor outreach efforts.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, progress towards goals, and any challenges to management.
