About the Role

We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, and network-savvy individuals to join us as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on a 100% commission basis. This is your chance to build a rewarding career, earn uncapped income, and help businesses solve hiring challenges in a smarter, more scalable way.

What You'll Do

  1. Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and working with warm and cold leads in assigned markets.
  2. Educate prospects on the destinationone RAASS model and how it addresses traditional recruitment pain points.
  3. Inform prospects about other HR advisory services we offer.
  4. Generate qualified leads and close subscription service bundles (monthly RAASS executive bundles, hybrid options) and other HR advisory services.
  5. Represent the brand professionally to C-suite, HR leaders, and small-to-medium business owners.
  6. Track your sales pipeline, follow up, and maintain client relationships to upsell or cross-sell.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery.
  8. Keep CRM organized and updated daily.
  9. Attend trade shows to seek prospects and professionally represent the company.
