Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, driven individual with experience in a value-driven sales approach. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales and account management experience with a proven track record. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving high sales volume by managing the entire sales process and exploring new opportunities to maintain AIM's industry leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition and manage the complete sales process.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build and manage a book of business via outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain detailed notes of all sales activities.
  • Support the rollout of AIM services to customers, including documentation, brainstorming, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to support existing customers and the renewal process.
Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Results-driven with a focus on speed and action.
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
  • B2B sales experience with strong forecasting and revenue achievement.
  • Successful history in new business sales and prospecting.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • University degree preferred.
