What you will do:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in manufacturing, industrial, and related sectors
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using outreach via email, phone, events, and industry networks
- Conduct product demos and negotiate contracts to achieve quota targets
- Coordinate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Develop and execute strategies for client retention, upselling, and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot) and generate regular sales forecasts and reports
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to help shape product roadmap and positioning
- Create sales and marketing collateral: presentations, case studies, blog posts, webinars and landing pages
- Monitor campaign and sales metrics; iterate on tactics based on data and customer feedback
- Travel locally (2–3 days per month) for client visits, trade shows and industry events
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years’ combined B2B sales and growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or industrial software
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads, closing deals, and executing marketing programs that drive pipeline
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms) and CRM workflows
- Strong copywriting and content-creation skills, comfortable producing everything from blog articles to slide decks
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and drive account growth
Bonus points if you:
- Have direct experience selling to manufacturing or operations teams
- Understand SQL or BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI)
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bring a positive attitude to work each day
Salary Range:
$75,000 – $90,000 CAD base per annum plus performance-based commission
