Job Description

Air Solutions is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Business Development Representative, covering the Southwestern and Northern Ontario territory. Our company has the privilege of representing premiere product manufacturers in the following segments:

  • Tankless water heaters, boilers
  • Heat and energy recovery ventilators
  • Bath fans and range hoods
  • Ductless mini-split heating and air conditioning
  • Commercial and residential zoning systems

Job Duties

  • Service existing accounts and work to develop new accounts
  • Conduct classroom-style trainings to present various products
  • Day-to-day reporting using company CRM
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our manufacturer partners, including customer service, technical support, and parts departments
  • Work with Director of Sales and Business Development to develop and execute annual sales and training plan
  • Work with Marketing and Brand Development Manager to develop and execute marketing plans for key customers

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a college or university education, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Showcase a proven ability to manage sales cycle with strong track record of success
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Be both a team player and able to work independently
  • Computer knowledge including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, as well as CRM experience

Work Location

The successful candidate will be based in Southwestern Ontario, and is required to have a suitable home office set-up (quiet workspace, high-speed internet, good cell service, storage area). The territory covers both Southwestern and Northern Ontario, so candidates must have a clean and valid driver’s license for day-to-day travel, as well as a valid passport.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, plus activity and performance-based bonuses. Mileage and other expenses are paid on a monthly basis, and a company cell phone and computer will be provided. Medical benefits are also included.
