As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to set up meetings and lay the groundwork for future collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of making valuable connections.

Your responsibilities include the following and probably a few more:

Identify and generate leads through research, cold calls, emails, networking, and social media. Develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in targeted markets.

Reach out to potential clients, introduce our company, and assess client needs. Schedule strategic meetings to uncover business opportunities.

· Sales Development Strategy:

Collaborate with the leadership and Account Management teams to define outreach strategies, target industries, and client profiles. Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and outreach targets.

Accurately track all outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Provide regular pipeline updates and insights to management.

Work closely with the Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads for deeper engagement and deal closure.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Attend events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships.

Develop strategies to grow the service customer base, collaborating with the service team for smooth client transitions and further business development.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in a lead generation or business development role, ideally in the signage, construction, or manufacturing industries.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and generate interest quickly.

· Results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
