As a BDR at Percona, you will generate qualified leads in defined regions for your assigned sales team. You will be responsible for all outbound prospecting & inbound activity for your defined region, including phone calls, messaging outreach, and following up on marketing leads.
The ideal BDR has a 'hunter' mentality, loves prospecting, thrives on identifying early-stage opportunities, has a 'never give up' attitude, and spends a significant portion of their time reaching out to prospects to pre-qualify leads. This role is critical to growing a strong, qualified, sales-ready pipeline for Percona’s sales team.
