As the Business Development & Product Manager for Maple Care, you will oversee the growth, execution, and performance of our recurring revenue maintenance and protection plans across residential and commercial clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with daily operations. You’ll drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and lead the integration of technology and automation into the full customer journey.

Role Overview

As the Business Development & Product Manager for Maple Care, you will oversee the growth, execution, and performance of our recurring revenue maintenance and protection plans across residential and commercial clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with daily operations. You’ll drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and lead the integration of technology and automation into the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Leadership & Execution

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Maple Care’s recurring revenue.
  • Identify new service enhancements and product innovations to improve retention and program value.
  • Lead go-to-market, marketing, and pricing initiatives in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Track and report on KPIs—sign-ups, cancellations, renewals, revenue, technician conversion, and satisfaction.

Customer & Operations Management

  • Actively promote Maple Care to new and existing customers.
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle—from booking and service to follow-up and feedback.
  • Conduct service quality audits to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to Maple Care standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and client experience across all interactions.
  • Champion the use of AI, CRM enhancements, and automation tools to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate databases, dashboards, and reports for business insights.
  • Work with operations and product teams to elevate the digital journey of the Maple Care program.
  • Collaborate with Service Manager, Dispatch, and Technicians to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to technician training and field process improvements.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure readiness of parts / tools for Maple Care service calls.
  • Support wider company initiatives as needed, contributing to a unified, high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in business development, product management, or service operations
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams and driving execution
  • Proven ability to scale programs with a balance of strategic thinking and operational discipline
  • Experience working in a subscription-based, service-driven, or recurring revenue business model
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC, field service operations, or CRM platforms is an asset—but not required

  • Own both the strategy and daily execution of Maple Care
  • Bring a results-oriented mindset and lead by example
  • Continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo
