Business Development Manager – Natural Health Products



About the role

Our client is a leader in manufacturing and packaging of medical devices and nutraceuticals. They are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to lead their natural health products division with at least 3 years proven expertise in market analysis, client acquisition, and revenue growth.



Your new role

As the Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and profitability. You will be responsible for securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are met. In this role, you will lead business development efforts, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities while managing a portfolio of key accounts.



You will collaborate closely with the inside sales team and cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences. With a strategic and consultative approach, you will engage with decision-makers, effectively communicate the value of our offerings, and expertly navigate complex sales cycles to close deals. Your ability to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and execute on revenue growth initiatives will be instrumental in the company’s success.



What you will need to succeed


  • Minimum of three years of relevant sales experience in the natural health industry.

  • Proactive self-starter with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing key stakeholders.

  • Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers to drive new business opportunities and accelerate growth.
