Description

Territory: Northern Alberta Canada

Helm is a fast-growing company seeking Business Development Managers with dealership finance and insurance experience. This position works directly with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships to achieve F&I (Finance and Insurance) product sales objectives for the Mopar Vehicle Protection (formerly MVP) division. As part of our team, you will drive revenue growth in Northern Alberta through face-to-face training and sales in assigned dealerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering F&I (Finance and Insurance) training
  • Developing relationships with dealership personnel
  • Analyzing dealership operations and sales processes
  • Providing dealership market analysis

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Promote the value and sale of F&I products, vehicle service contracts, GAP, and ancillaries
  • Develop strategic growth plans
  • Motivate independent entrepreneurs to higher performance levels
  • Partner with dealership decision-makers on mutually beneficial action plans
  • Implement plans to increase dealership profitability and product sales penetration
  • Provide ongoing training and account development within assigned dealerships
  • Offer market analysis and feedback to help dealerships stay ahead of market changes

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of automotive dealership F&I experience
  • Outside sales experience
  • Account development skills
  • Ability to analyze trends, metrics, and formulate business plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBi, and dealership DMS & menu systems
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
