- Exceptional Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to articulate value, overcome objections, and close deals with small business owners new to online platforms.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally with diverse business owners.

- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with motivation to build pipeline from scratch.
- Time Management & Organization: Managing a large pipeline and prioritizing outreach.

Work Arrangement:
This position follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site work 2-3 days per week at our office near Highway 404 and Finch Avenue, Toronto.
Additional Responsibilities (in Chinese):

- 推广Dealmoon CA广告产品,包括本地落地页、团购推广和折扣包
- 包装与销售线下本地活动资源,如促销、展览、快闪店、品牌合作
- 设计个性化营销方案,撰写提案、报价和合同
- 协调内部团队确保广告项目顺利执行
- 完成销售目标,提供销售预测和市场分析
- 跟踪项目效果,优化客户满意度和续单率
Qualifications (in Chinese):
- 2年以上销售经验,优先考虑数字广告、媒体营销、线下渠道
- 熟悉多伦多或温哥华本地商户,尤其华人商圈
- 具备广告项目包装、提案和执行能力
- 良好的沟通和谈判能力
- 团队合作与跨部门协调能力
- 关注本地消费趋势,了解华人用户特征
- 大专及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业优先
- 有海外留学或双语能力优先
Job Mode:
