  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Toronto's neighborhoods, business districts, and merchant landscape, especially in food & beverage and personal services.
  • Exceptional Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to articulate value, overcome objections, and close deals with small business owners new to online platforms.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally with diverse business owners.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Capable of handling rejection and maintaining motivation.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with motivation to build pipeline from scratch.
  • Time Management & Organization: Managing a large pipeline and prioritizing outreach.
  • Basic Digital Marketing Understanding: Ability to explain how Dealmoon's digital presence benefits local businesses.

Work Arrangement:

This position follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site work 2-3 days per week at our office near Highway 404 and Finch Avenue, Toronto.

Additional Responsibilities (in Chinese):

  • 开拓多伦多/温哥华地区商家资源,管理客户关系
  • 推广Dealmoon CA广告产品,包括本地落地页、团购推广和折扣包
  • 包装与销售线下本地活动资源,如促销、展览、快闪店、品牌合作
  • 设计个性化营销方案,撰写提案、报价和合同
  • 协调内部团队确保广告项目顺利执行
  • 完成销售目标,提供销售预测和市场分析
  • 跟踪项目效果,优化客户满意度和续单率
