House of Jewellery is a wholesale jewellery trading company based in Toronto, Canada. Established in 1986, it is one of Canada's leading silver, gold, and diamond jewellery wholesalers, specializing in high-quality Sterling Silver and 14K Gold from Europe and Asia.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will lead our sales strategy, develop our sales funnel, implement CRM solutions, and collaborate across teams to ensure growth and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have full ownership of the sales function and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the B2B jewellery space.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
  2. Select and implement suitable CRM software.
  3. Refine internal sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other channels.
  5. Engage with wholesale customers to provide personalized product recommendations.
  6. Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
  7. Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  9. Utilize CRM to track interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
  11. Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in remote B2B inside sales.
  • Experience with CRM selection, implementation, and sales strategy development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and quick learning of new software.
  • Knowledge or passion for jewelry is an asset.
