As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of high-value software solutions across local and global markets. You'll lead full-cycle sales efforts, identify new opportunities through outreach and networking, and build lasting relationships with clients.   • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, with measurable lead generation and consistent conversion metrics.
  • Create persuasive proposals and client presentations showcasing value, expertise, and technological capabilities.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of client engagement, leads, and performance forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to assess trends and client needs, offering tailored solutions accordingly.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client partnerships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • At least 3 years of proven success in business development or tech/software sales, including staff augmentation and offshore services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close high-value deals across local and international markets.
  • Proficiency in business development tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building trust-based client relationships.
