The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the OHS sector, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Generate new business opportunity and develop customer relations within a specific territory;
  • Present value to SPI’s products and services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage existing customers and make sure to increase sales and profits;
  • Grow market shares and develop new profitable customers;
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals;
  • Develop strategies, action plans, expand and resolve problems for active and potential target customers;
  • Promote our value added solutions (products and services) to new and existing accounts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • University degree or equivalent experience;
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in OHS, ideally in consulting services
  • Experience with indirect selling methods (e.g., leadership of sales agents or as a product specialist);
  • Experience with executive level presentation, consultative sales experience, capacity to use technology to make decisions;
  • Experience with a CRM is a definite asset;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Ability to travel.
