What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of clients with an annual net revenue value of $425,000 or more, identifying revenue opportunities through various outreach methods
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and online presentations to qualify leads and drive sales through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, ensuring timely reporting of activities to management
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry developments
- Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to enhance team performance and achieve revenue goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and a proven track record of success
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships
- Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry
