Business Development Manager, Dell Client Solutions Group (CSG)

Role Overview

This position is based in our Mississauga office, with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and acting as a key contact for partners by providing technical expertise, competitive insights, and roadmap information to contribute to Dell's CSG growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and partner satisfaction through the Dell Client Solutions Group's channel ecosystem.
  • Present and demonstrate Dell’s Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients.
  • Coordinate marketing programs and demand generation activities sponsored by Ingram Micro and Dell.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and the organization, managing vendor programs, marketing, and training.
  • Forecast sales, manage pipelines, review and negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Research and resolve invoice and contractual issues.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in distribution or partner management.
  • Proactive, driven, strategic, with a hunter mentality and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to contribute to processes and systems improvements.
  • Independent professional with experience solving complex technical and business issues.
  • Willingness to travel within the Greater Toronto Area and up to 10% across North America.
