The business is located in Regina, Saskatchewan, but the right candidate can be located anywhere within Western Canada or the Prairies.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries including agriculture, mining, energy, transportation, construction, and manufacturing.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as engineers, maintenance managers, operations leads, and buyers.
  • Promote custom-fabricated and machined products and services, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with our technical team.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings across MB, SK, AB, and select U.S. regions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments, potentially with a book of business
  • Strong understanding of custom fabrication, machining, or mechanical products is a major asset.
  • A hunter mentality with the ability to create demand and open new doors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within Western Canada and occasionally to the U.S.
  • A self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
