Seeking a mature business leader with at least 5 years FT paid working experience in a Business Development Manager or Marketing Manager role, who would be interested a time-flexible remote income role in the Personal Development field. What You'll Do

• Represent and market personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.
• Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development.
• Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge.
• Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15–20 hours / week).
• Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales and / or business development.
• A keen interest in personal growth, learning and development, training, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
• Based in Australia, USA, Canada or NZ.
