We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in consultative sales, loves translating business challenges into tailored solutions, and wants to work in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the Sales Process
Manage Seamless Client Handoffs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales
Proven success selling professional services, leadership development, or HR / L&D solutions
Expert in running strategic discovery conversations, creating tailored proposals, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals
Comfortable with RFPs, contract negotiation, and the full enterprise sales cycle
Proficient with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and digital proposal tools
Clear and persuasive communicator, skilled at building trust with senior executives
Strategic thinker who understands market dynamics, client needs, and solution positioning
Comfortable working with high autonomy across cross-functional teams
Business-savvy, with a strong grasp of aligning development programs to client outcomes
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Bonus : 20% of base (with stretch opportunities above target)
Vacation : 3 weeks + 2-week winter office closure + summer half-days; increases with tenure
Professional Development : $2,500 annual PD budge
