1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the #1 name in junk removal, is looking for a dynamic, experienced sales professional to join our National Accounts team. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll generate new business leads, build strategic relationships with corporate clients, and crush aggressive sales targets!

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop a high-impact sales strategy
  • Building and managing a targeted prospect list
  • Generating new business via email, phone calls, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Establishing and developing relationships with corporate and commercial clients across North America
  • Supporting National Account Managers in transitioning new client accounts
  • Tracking and managing all sales activities in CRM

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven experience in Business Development (B2B environment)
  • Ability to travel across North America (up to 50%)
  • High-level strategic selling skills in multi-layered B2B environments
  • Strong prospecting experience via cold-calling & in-person meetings
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets
  • A growth mindset—always striving for personal & professional development

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: $67,000 to $75,000 + Bonus (based on experience, education & internal parity)
