Position Summary:

Implement sales and marketing programs targeting NAPA & traditional sales channel key accounts within the assigned area to grow market share and meet annual sales targets. Contact and present to new prospects, assist existing customers in maximizing sales, and conduct training sessions. Responsible for merchandising, marketing, and promoting DRiV Aftermarket products. Provide leadership with local and major account customers to grow the aftermarket product business through collaboration with regional sales teams and account leadership, utilizing local and national contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Profitably grow business within the assigned area
  • Understand and communicate information on all product lines and company policies regarding sales terms, pricing, discounts, returns, credits, and warranties
  • Implement marketing programs
  • Train and support sales teams of key accounts to increase sales
  • Perform market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Resolve customer requests and complaints effectively
  • Complete all required paperwork promptly and manage assets responsibly
  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry personnel
  • Support special initiatives, including pricing surveys and competitive intelligence
  • Participate in trade associations, trade shows, and conventions, with public speaking as needed
  • Manage warranty processes according to company policy
  • Compile and analyze monthly sales data
  • Maintain professional relationships with key accounts to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
  • Self-starter with the ability to develop and execute sales plans independently
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Canada and into the U.S.
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets
  • Experience networking with decision-makers and influencing outcomes
  • Ability to manage product inventories and conduct changeovers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM systems like Salesforce
