Business Development Manager – Medical Aesthetics

Location: Regina, SK (On-site)

Our client, a well-established medical aesthetics clinic in Regina, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by increasing the client base, boosting retention, and maximizing revenue across services and retail.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine creativity with measurable results - identifying and implementing strategies that directly impact bookings, loyalty, and sales. You’ll work closely with leadership to create campaigns, partnerships, and training programs that elevate the client experience and improve clinic performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow the client base through community partnerships, referral networks, and local collaborations.
  • Increase client retention with loyalty programs, personalized outreach, and re-engagement initiatives.
  • Boost visit frequency by developing seasonal promotions, special events, and service bundles.
  • Increase cost per visit with targeted upselling and cross-selling strategies, including staff training.
  • Grow retail sales by enhancing product education for both clients and staff.
  • Design and execute effective campaigns for current and former clients to encourage repeat bookings.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth delivery of all initiatives while maintaining brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in business development, marketing, or sales - ideally in aesthetics, spa, wellness, or retail.
  • A proven ability to deliver programs that increase client acquisition, retention, and spend.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and community partners.
