We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a legal or professional services firm and will be responsible for managing Pitches, Proposals, Client Reporting, Priority Client Planning & Execution, Industry Group Planning & Execution, Budget management, and other related support. Our employees benefit from a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office per week.

This role involves working with lawyers and professionals across Canada, primarily in English, with bilingualism (French and English) preferred. The position includes responsibilities such as acting as the Clients & Markets Lead, developing and executing marketing and business development strategies for industry groups, priority clients, and strategic issues groups, supporting lawyer profile building, managing pitches and proposals, and supporting various marketing initiatives. The role also involves budget collaboration and other duties as assigned.

The candidate profile includes an undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, a minimum of five years of relevant experience, bilingualism in French and English, strategic thinking, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, high-quality deliverables, and familiarity with project management principles.
