What We’re Looking For :

We are seeking a driven and competitive Business Development Manager to help expand B2B partnerships and sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and contributing to the growth of our international business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company and make a direct impact on our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Manage Partnerships : Actively seek new business opportunities, build B2B relationships, and maintain strong partner and client connections within the real estate and investment sectors.
  • Sales & Lead Generation : Engage with prospective clients and partners via phone, email, and in-person to promote our immigration and investment programs, including the Portugal and Greece Golden Visas.
  • Client Relationship Management : Understand clients' needs and provide tailored immigration solutions, focusing on investor programs, skilled worker programs, foreign recruitment, and more.
  • Collaboration : Work under the VP of Sales & Marketing and alongside the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent growth. Coordinate with global offices to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Database Management : Track sales progress and customer information in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Market Expansion : Research new markets and contribute innovative lead acquisition strategies to drive business growth.
  • Travel : Occasional business travel required.

What We Expect From You :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Languages : Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience : 3+ years in sales, preferably in B2B sales or related industries.
  • Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Ethic : Highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a desire to grow professionally.
  • Multicultural Sensitivity : Comfortable working in a diverse environment with international teams.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
  • Additional Assets : Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website management is a plus.
