Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Collavion, you will be a key player in growing our client base. You’ll engage directly with decision-makers in target industries, uncover hiring needs, and position Collavion as their go-to recruitment partner. This role blends sales, client relationship management, and strategic consulting, ideal for someone who’s passionate about people, solutions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Growth, Client Engagement & Relationship Management, Solution Selling, Collaboration & Strategy, Reporting & Metrics.
Identify and engage new clients across North America
Conduct outreach via calls and emails to generate leads
Understand client hiring needs and provide consultative talent solutions
Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure delivery success
Maintain pipelines, proposals, and performance metrics
Preferred Qualification:
Proven Qualification with bachelors/master’s degree in business courses
Experience in sales, client-facing roles, business development, account management preferably for staffing industry, talent services or in recruitment
A strong communicator with a client-first mindset
Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, fast-moving environment
Familiarity with ATS, recruitment processes or CRM tools is a plus
