What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage new prospects through outreach, referrals, and strategic lead generation

  • Present tailored insurance solutions that align with client needs and goals

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to closing

  • Build trust-based relationships that lead to long-term client retention

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and client services teams to improve outreach strategies

  • Educate potential clients on product offerings with clarity and professionalism

  • Track all activity and progress in our CRM system with accuracy

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and company products

  • Meet or exceed weekly performance and growth targets

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Self-discipline and independence in a remote work environment

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  • Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems to track and manage leads

  • An interest in insurance or financial services (previous exposure is a plus)

  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada (PR and citizens welcome)

  • Willingness to obtain your HLLQP license (full training and support provided)
