Main Responsibilities
Gain deep understanding of all products and services offered by our company.
Conduct cold calling to attract new prospects and to identify potential opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess market movements and identify threats and opportunities.
Quickly identify customer's pain points, articulate value propositions through consultative approach.
Penetrate new accounts, grow business pipeline and increase market share as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity and hard work.
Define overall sales and Go-to-market strategy in the country.
Address any customer's feedback and ensure overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Manage all sales stages along the sales cycle to arrive at a successful closure and deliver sales commitment.
Fulfill due diligence to provide regular update to management as well as in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with various functional departments on account specific initiatives, marketing events, and demand generation programs.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in related fields, such as marketing, communications, business administration, or similar qualifications.
Experience in Micro-finance, Credit scoring, E-commerce or IT is necessary.
Understand industry challenges and customer requirements. Knowledge in Anti-Fraud, Credit Scoring and Decisioning areas is desirable.
Understand regulatory and compliance requirements in the relevant country.
Customer-focused and team-oriented individual with a desire to achieve success through cross-functional collaboration.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
Fast-learner and able to bridge solution knowledge gap quickly.
Fluency in English is highly desirable; Mandarin will be an advantage.
3-5 years of sales experience in the B2B industry.
Great networking skills and good business acumen.
Resourceful with outstanding research skills and ability to translate findings into communications messages.
