We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our growth initiatives in Canada. If you thrive in tech-driven environments, are well-connected across industries, and love solving real business challenges with innovation, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the Canadian market.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in healthcare, non-profits, and enterprise software sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through outbound outreach, partnerships, and networking.
  • Represent Aeroqube at industry events, webinars, and in-person/virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, tech) to align client needs with service capabilities.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and growth recommendations to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of proven success in B2B business development or enterprise sales in Canada
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian tech ecosystem and buyer personas across mid-size to large organizations
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or software development services is a huge plus.
  • Strong network across Canadian healthcare, public sector, Start-ups, and digital innovation sectors is preferred.
