Job description

This position is 100% in office, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales position
  • Proven track record of high performance in work, school, or extracurricular activities
  • Ability to thrive in a targets and metrics-driven environment
  • Strong verbal English communication skills

Duties and Day-to-Day :

  • Make outbound cold calls to senior decision-makers across specific industries and discuss opportunities to attend our Summit
  • Maintain campaign targets such as call volume, lead generation, and new business bookings
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of contacts for business development
  • Stay informed about industry news, clients, and product value propositions
  • Participate in ongoing training with your manager to develop sales and business knowledge
  • Assist with general office activities as needed
