Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $104,000-120,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.
A Business Development Director will be responsible for supporting the implementation of outlined Plus Company business development objectives and leading specific business development efforts alongside SVP Business Development. The responsibilities will include strategic leadership of Plus Company led RFPs and proposals, maintaining and updating thought leadership, content assets, case studies, etc. They will also work closely with the Marcom team on targeted outbound prospecting initiatives. The Business Development Director will gain exposure to a wide range of Plus Co agencies, senior teams and tasks that fall within the responsibility of the business development team.
The Director of Business Development must thrive within a matrixed, entrepreneurial environment. Success requires exceptional organization and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to solve problems on the fly. New accounts are won on the strength of relationship building, strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, a creative approach to problem solving, and convincing verbal and written communications.
