Job Summary :

This is a Business Development Director role intended for sales professionals from the staffing, recruitment, or personnel placement industry who are looking to join a dynamic, fast-growing, and winning team! You will be involved in the entire sales process, including prospecting new clients, conducting in-person client meetings, and closing deals with potential partners.

You are free to prospect in any industry that aligns with our service offerings, making this a lucrative opportunity with the potential to saturate multiple markets. We offer a fully remote work schedule for individuals based in Nova Scotia or Eastern Canada

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute the full sales cycle
  • Prospect for business opportunities that require recruitment services using various channels and techniques
  • Develop strategies to target potential clients and markets
  • Connect with hiring managers across various sectors seeking temporary and permanent staff
  • Organize and attend in-person meetings on a weekly basis
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Proven experience in sales (hunting) within the staffing / recruitment industry
  • Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills
