Are you passionate about business development and the growth of a franchise network? Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to join their team. In this key role, you will be responsible for expanding their franchise network across Canada, identifying opportunities, prospecting new franchisees, and representing their brand.
Tasks
- Identify new opportunities and prospects, organize meetings, and present the value proposition.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns (emailing, social media, cold calling).
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation goals.
- Manage prospect databases for lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing content.
- Use a CRM to execute and track lead generation campaigns.
- Qualify inbound leads from the website, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in strategic initiatives within the organization.
- Stay informed on trends in the Canadian IT market.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador.
- Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) for effective communication with franchises across Canada.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, field sales, or account-based marketing.
- College or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an asset).
- Experience and knowledge of the IT industry (a major asset).
- Experience with CRM automation tools and Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, collaboration tools, and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
- Availability for occasional travel, primarily within Canada.
