Overview of the Company

Restore Canada is a full-service restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover after disaster strikes. Main purpose of job:

As BDA, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with current clients, and generating company growth through sales and market expansion.

Position reports to:

Owner/Operator

Location:

Hiring for multiple sales districts in the Greater KW and Guelph Areas

Salary:

$1000/week plus 5% commission on new generated business

Main tasks of job:

  • Generate sales and revenue – end to end sales activities from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Market research and analysis- Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer preferences and competitors to inform decisions and identify areas for growth.
  • Identify and qualify leads – evaluate the needs and budget of potential clients to ensure alignment with Restore Canada’s goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships – regular communication with clients to ensure an understanding of their needs, address concerns and nurture long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work with the operations and marketing teams to ensure the sales activities align with the company values and ensure client satisfaction.

Licences, registrations and qualifications:

  • Full clean driving abstract.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the restoration/construction business preferred.
