Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Opportunity Analysis
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging industries for digital asset adoption
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to enhance NDAX's competitive edge
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships
Sales and Revenue Growth
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and presentations tailored to potential clients
Strategic Partnerships
Establish partnerships with financial institutions, businesses, and blockchain projects to expand NDAX's network and user base
Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Team Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the product and operations teams to align client needs with NDAX's offerings
Provide regular updates on business development activities, including pipeline progress, challenges, and achievements
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries)

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset market
