Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate – Diamonds & Jewelry Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for fine jewelry and a proven background in sales and marketing—especially within the luxury or jewelry industry.

You will be responsible for identifying retail jewelry stores across Canada, opening new accounts, and building long-term partnerships to drive sales of our loose diamonds and finished jewelry products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and visit jewelry retailers and potential buyers across Canada.
  • Open new accounts and establish trusted business relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
  • Present our inventory of loose diamonds and fine jewelry, showcasing quality and value.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and order volumes with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update client records, leads, and communications.
  • Provide after-sales support and account management as needed.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the jewelry, luxury goods, or B2B sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with field-work and travel.
  • Knowledge of diamonds and jewelry industry is a strong asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Canada.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
