A leading company in the financial sector is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join their sales team. This role focuses on building relationships with advisors, participating in business development initiatives, and supporting sales targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, while also having a background in the financial industry.

As part of the Manulife Investment Management team, the Business Development Associate is one of the members of a wholesaling team that consists of a District Vice President and Business Development Manager. Your directive will be to partner with the sales teams in achieving a sales target. To do this, you will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the sales needs of each of your territories, participate in business development initiatives, and work directly with advisors.
