Job summary

Chartright Air Group is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business opportunities in Canada. You will prospect 50+ targets daily, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract award.

Your role includes building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and representing Chartright at meetings and events. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in sales are required.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development with outbound sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through a sales process.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of Chartright's aviation services and recommend solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (50+ daily) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Manage inbound inquiries through the full sales cycle from engagement to contract award.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry partners.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity tracking.
  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent Chartright at client meetings and industry events.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do:


  • Develop a strong understanding of Chartright's aviation services and recommend solutions that meet client needs.

What You Bring:


  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a prospecting-focused role, with demonstrated out bound sales experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field .

  • Proven ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through a sales process.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Confident and professional phone presence with excellent prospecting abilities.

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Additional Requirements


  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of aviation services, markets, and industry trends.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
