As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and elevate our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business growth strategies to onboard investors and expand market reach.
Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with financial institutions, investment firms, and other key stakeholders.
Lead investor outreach efforts, engaging high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, and retail investors through targeted strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze investment trends to optimize sales strategies and enhance investment offerings.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive investor engagement.
Manage the full business development cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven track record in business development, sales, or investment advisory, preferably in real estate, fintech, or financial services.
Strong network within the investment or financial services industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and convert high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking – able to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Experience with online investment platforms, digital finance, or alternative assets is highly desirable.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
