Role Overview : As a Data Analyst (Credit Card Portfolio) , you will analyze data, develop predictive models, and collaborate with teams to optimize our credit card offerings, impacting profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze large datasets to identify key issues and opportunities within the credit card portfolio.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize performance, reduce risk, and enhance customer retention.
• Use machine learning and predictive modeling techniques to derive insights for strategic decisions.
• Work with stakeholders on product enhancements, pricing, and segmentation strategies.
• Build and refine predictive models for portfolio performance and risk management.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and streamline reporting processes.
• Lead projects from problem framing to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; certifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within financial services or credit card industry.
• Proven experience with predictive modeling, financial portfolio analysis, and data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL).
• Knowledge of credit card products and industry metrics.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally and leading projects.
