A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Toronto. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong skills in SQL and data analysis, and familiarity with Salesforce. This hybrid position requires excellent communication and analytical skills to collaborate across teams and enhance business processes.
Location Address : Hybrid - 40 King Street West, 13th Floor, Toronto, ON –3 days / week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday –subject to change)
Contract Duration : 6 months
Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE
Schedule Hours : 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs / week

Typical Day in Role :
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills :
1) 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated experience conducting root cause analysis and creating business documentation to track issues
2) 3-5 years data analysis experience using SQL and Excel to profile data and identify data inconsistencies.
3) Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and analyzing surveys
4) 3-5 years’experience with PowerBI for visualizing insights
Nice-To-Have Skills :
1) 2-3 years hands-on experience with this CRM platform strongly preferred : Salesforce
2) Working across multiple teams and stakeholders (business, data and IT)
3) Experience with MDM (master data management) tools
4) Experience with building data solutions and gathering requirements for those types of projects
Soft Skills Required :
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Best VS. Average Candidate : Ideal candidate is a BA that has strong SQL and data experience, business resource with some IT experience to be able to speak to the technical pieces (specifically with data and applications);Salesforce experience will set them apart
